Creamy Fruity Desert with Borosil

I love to try different desert recipes and this one is one of my favorite recipes. The creamy fruity desert is combination of fresh cream and fruits like apple, pomegranate, mango and chiku. The different colors and flavors of fruits enriches the dish. Let me tell you the entire recipe and once I am done with serving part I can promise that you will feel water in your mouth.

Lets check the Ingredients -

1. Fresh Cream (Prefer cream available at home). -1 cup
2. Ice Cubes - 3 to 4
3. Icing Sugar-1/2 cup
4. Mango Pieces- 2 tablespoon
5. Pomegranate-  2 tablespoon
6. Chiku Pieces- 2 tablespoon
7. Apple Pieced-2 tablespoon.
8. Cherry for decoration.
9. Chocolate chips for decoration
10. Dry fruts-almond,pista, cashew finely chopped.

How to prepare chilled cream-

1. Take a borosil bowl and add cream and ice in it.
2. Mix cream and ice very well.
3. Froze it for approx 1 hour.

How to create fruit filling-

This is very simple just take one borosil bowl and mix all the fruits mentioned in ingredients. This looks amazing especially because of borocil bowl the color of fruits look beautiful. Control your craving and do not eat these fruits wait for final step. 
Tip- You can take any fruit of your choice but it should be sweet fruit, sour fruits are not allowed.

Ready To serve-

1. Serving this is an important part of the recipe. take a wide transparent borosil glass. 
2. First add chilled cream layer in the glass. 
3. On the cream add a tablespoon of fruit filling.
4. Then again add layer of cream and sprinkle finely chopped dry fruits on it.
5. Repeat this one more time and when the glass is full then on the top layer of cream add chocolate chips.
6. Finally add the Cherry and start Eating... (yummy....it is like fruits from heaven :-))

Food is more delicious when it is beautiful and borosil is the one who makes food beautiful.
